Located in the 16th District of Budapest adjacent to a large residential neighborhood, the Ikarus Business Park has a total area of over 280,000 sqm of which 110,000 sqm is dedicated to flexible office, logistics and warehouse space. Ikarus is home to a mix of international and local users.
Commercial tenants include vehicle manufacturers, logistics and storage firms, business administration and consulting companies.
The longer term aim for the park is to achieve a new zoning for a new multifunctional development including a commercial strip and plot division. The new concept will allow a much better land usage and will considerably increase the total built area.
