A residential development project in Mokotów district that has been and remains the most affluent of all Warsaw districts. For many years this area has seen the largest amount of up-market residential projects.
The entire area has been undergoing intensive urban regeneration since the early 1990’s. Currently the plot of 3,098 sqm is undeveloped. There is a valid building permit for the project providing 10,065 sqm of residential area (147 apartments), 1,100 sqm of retail area, 194 parking spaces and places for storage.
